Conditions :

. - the reservation becomes effective with reception of the signed leasing agreement, and with the installment  of 30% on the price of the hiring,

. - the balance is to be regulated 1 month at the latest before the date of the stay,

.- guarantee against the damage :
        ... copy of your liability insurance against damages, to provide at the same time as the payment of the balance,
        ... plus a guarantee (against the property damages, stains, etc...) of 1' 000. - Euros (check no cashed), which will be give back at the latest 20 to 30 days after the stay...
